These Terms & Conditions apply to your use of www.freightech.us and to text messages you receive from Freightech Inc ("Freightech," "we," "us"). By using our website or opting in to our text messages, you agree to these terms.
Part A: SMS Text Messaging Terms
- Program name: Freightech Inc Driver Recruiting Texts.
- What we send: messages about CDL-A driver job applications you submitted to Freightech Inc, including next steps, reminders to complete your application or upload documents, interview and orientation reminders, job offers and onboarding updates. If you separately opt in to marketing messages, you may also receive occasional texts about new driving positions, pay updates and sign-on bonuses.
- How you opt in: by checking the optional SMS consent box on our online driver application or choosing "Yes" to text messages on our Facebook or Instagram lead form. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of applying or of employment.
- Message frequency: varies based on your application status.
- Cost: message and data rates may apply. Check with your mobile carrier for details.
- How to opt out: reply STOP to any message. You can also reply END, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE or QUIT. You will receive one message confirming you are unsubscribed, and no further texts unless you opt in again.
- Help: reply HELP, call (708) 526-2130 ext 4, or email recruiting@freightech.us.
- Carriers: mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
- Sensitive information: we will never ask you to send your Social Security number, CDL, medical card or other ID documents by text message. Submit documents only through our secure online application.
- Privacy: see our Privacy Policy. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
Part B: Website Terms
Use of the website. You may use this website to learn about Freightech Inc and to apply for jobs or request our services. You agree not to misuse the site, interfere with its operation or submit false information.
Accuracy of information. Information you submit, including job applications, must be true and complete. Job descriptions, pay, equipment and bonuses shown on the site are subject to change and do not create an employment contract.
Our content. Text, images, logos and other content on this site belong to Freightech Inc or are used with permission. Do not copy or reuse them for commercial purposes without our written permission.
Links to other sites. Our site may link to third-party sites, such as our driver application platform or partners. We are not responsible for their content or privacy practices.
